
The Isle of Man’s education system has won high praise from the president of a huge teaching union.
Beth Davies, president of the National Union of Teachers, was on the Island meeting members and visiting primary schools this week.
She says the culture of the Island, separated from the UK’s educational system, meant teachers and pupils were far happier and more motivated than across.
And she says she’ll be making sure politicians and teachers in the UK hear about our success:
