'Ruins landscape and puts public in harm's way'
Officers say the riders weren't wearing helmets, didn't have driving licenses, and the bike had no registration plate, no insurance and no road tax.
They add: "We'll always approach such incidents with zero tolerance, as not only does it ruin our lovely Island landscape, but it places the public at risk of harm by being hit / struck by the motorcycle, ridden by persons untrained."
The owner and riders responsible are due to appear in court.
