
The head of a union in the Isle of Man believes any future negotiations between unions and government departments can run smoothly.
Steve Salter of Unite was speaking after a strike by bus drivers, planned for tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday, was called off.
Talks on Thursday between union officials and senior officers from the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure resolved differences over sick pay.
