The Office of Fair Trading says it can’t find any evidence Manx Gas is 'ripping off' consumers.
After looking through the company’s management accounts, the OFT says the firm isn’t profiteering or charging unfair prices.
Chairman of the OFT Bill Henderson MHK says the informal investigation was sparked by consumer concerns.
He says although that probe is now over, he’ll continue to monitor Manx Gas:
