
Rally drivers are used to a bumpy ride, but a local man is preparing for the most arduous and uncomfortable journey of his life.
It's an endurance event and-a-half for Olly Pemberton and two friends, who are driving 8,000 miles in a tiny Fiat Panda in the Mongolian Rally.
The lads are using the adventure to raise money for the Island's hospice.
The car's being set-up for the challenge by an army engineer friend, at Catterick in North Yorkshire and Olly (pictured) says they've found the right man for the job (audio file attached):
