Children in the Isle of Man need to eat more fish.
That's according to research which reveals nine out of ten youngsters here are not getting enough omega 3 to support, among other things, brain and eye development.
Oily fish in particular is a good source of the fatty acid, but many youngsters steer clear of eating such food because they don't like the taste or smell.
Health broadcaster Dr Catherine Hood says there are some easy things parents can do to encourage kids to increase their fish consumption:
