Chairman quizzed about amount of local meat on offer
On-Island consumers have helped drive the growth of Manx meat sales over the last year.
Meat plant chairman Tim Baker was quizzed this week about what he’d done to improve the amount of local meat available.
He told Onchan MHK Julie Edge it is a continual process:
