DHSC confirms its looking to add to PCR testing
Government says it should be able to test for different variants of Covid-19 on Island by May.
The department of health and social care says variants of coronavirus dubbed a 'concern' are being kept under constant review.
Earlier this week Prime Minister Boris Johnson admitted he was 'anxious' about the Indian strain which has made its way to the United Kingdom.
