Douglas council launch new campaign
If you thought spot was a dog - it's where you'll be fined if you let it foul.
A new campaign is being launched by Douglas Council to deter owners from leaving dog mess on pavements.
It'll also mean people dropping litter will be issued a fine.
Until now people would've been taken to court, but councillor Richie McNicholl says the problems are getting so bad they've had to take tougher action:

'Deterrent' sentence imposed for ketamine importer
Several sailings at risk or cancelled due to adverse weather
Glencrutchery Road to close to northbound traffic
MHK's shock over Hospice announcement
Sulby Straight closure in place this weekend
