Residents have until next Wednesday to submit their papers
Nominations to stand in the Onchan Commissioners by-election have opened this morning.
Residents wanting to put themselves forward and submit their papers can do so from today, until 16 October.
If more than two people come forward, an election will take place on 14 November.
Forms can be found on the Onchan Commissioners website and candidates need 10 signatures from residents to be eligible.
