The local authority says it is 'actively seeking' opportunities to expand the authority’s stock to 'meet the needs' of the community.
It adds that it would like to 'explore' purchasing a larger property to turn into flats or apartments or brownfield sites for a new development.
Anyone interested is asked to contact Onchan Commissioners on 01624 675564 (option 3) or via housing@onchan.org.im
