An Onchan MHK is calling for a full 'traffic management review' alongside the rollout of 20mph speed limits in residential areas across the Island.
Rob Callister supports the move, which has been long campaigned for, but questions the Department of Infrastructure’s 'soft touch' approach to enforcement.
The infrastructure minister insists the impact of the changes will be closely monitored to assess how effective the scheme is.
