Police say incident was contained within a family
One person is in hospital and another is being dealt with by the police following an incident on Victoria Avenue in Douglas.
The Isle of Man Constabulary put a police cordon in place in the area yesterday evening.
Anyone who may have filmed the incident or has other information which would help police with their investigation is being urged to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
Superintendent Steve Maddocks told Manx Radio the injured individual is stable, and that the incident was contained within a family:
