Air ambulance called to incident on Sunday afternoon
One person had to be taken to hospital following a road traffic collision in Laxey at the weekend.
The Great North Air Ambulance Service confirmed its critical care team was called to the scene shortly after 1.30pm yesterday (Sunday).
Two paramedics and a doctor were on board, and treated a patient at the scene, before the individual was taken to hospital by road.
No further information about the incident or the patient's condition has been released.
