
Staff at Isle of Man Airport are expected to continue runway-clearing operations well into the night, with sub-zero temperatures forecast for the next few days.
A frost hardened snow overnight and the airport was shut for a time this morning, while sections of the runways were de-iced.
But although Ronaldsway is open for business, further snowfall brought some airports in the UK to a standstill.
Earlier, flights to Gatwick, Liverpool and Manchester were cancelled, and Flybe has since cancelled all its flights for the rest of today.
