It's hoped platform will make process easier for residents
People applying for pre-payment prescription certificates can now streamline the process by means of a new user-friendly online portal.
It's intended that the new platform will make it easier and more convenient for residents to manage applying for and paying for pre-payment certificates for prescription charges.
Upon completing the application and payment the certificate will be emailed directly to the applicant and can be used digitally or printed.
A paper copy can be sent to the applicant's address if preferred.
