
Callow's Yard owner Roy Tilleard has offered to show local people how he plans to develop the complex in future.
The businessman is inviting residents to see his plans on site, first-hand at an open day in Callow's Yard this Saturday (12 April).
Mr Tilleard's proposals to convert former commercial units to residential and add more apartments have met with opposition.
He withdrew them earlier this year but has since submitted new plans for development on the site.
A public open meeting will be held to discuss the plans next Tuesday 15 April in Castletown Town Hall.
Malew and Santon MHK Graham Cregeen has brokered this weekend's open day in an attempt to bridge divisions.
He hopes the event will be seen as a positive step and help put people's minds at rest:
