There's good news for first-time buyers in the Isle of Man keen to make that first step onto the property ladder.
Properties on five new developments will be offered for sale later this year in Colby, Castletown, Peel and Ramsey.
Prices start at £130,000 for a two-bed apartment, with three-bedroomed homes selling at £150,000.
The Department of Social Care scheme offers financial help for people on the First Time Buyer Register, including grants and loans.
An open day is being held in Castletown today (Wed 19 June) where prospective buyers can find out more about the homes and what's involved in buying one.
Political member in the department Richard Ronan says it's a one-stop-shop approach where all questions about the scheme will be answered:
The open day is at Castletown Civic Centre on Farrant's Way from 12 - 8pm.
