Almost £3,000 raised for repair work at Ballakilpheric Chapel
Nearly £3,000, which has been raised to repair a chapel in the south of the Island, will go towards making it watertight and replacing the floor that's collapsed.
That's according to one of the fundraisers from Ballakilpheric Chapel.
An open day is being held at the church later this month, on 20 April from 11am-1pm.
Fundraisers Jenny Bean, Paul Creamer and Rachel Evans previously spoke to Manx Radio about saving the almost 175-year-old building.
This week, Jenny updated residents on the progress of the work:

Substantial damaged caused by fire station blaze
‘No risk to public’ after fire at Castletown Fire Station
Not one affordable house available to buy
