Organisation ensures those in prison receive fair treatment
Looking out for the wellbeing of prisoners on the Island takes an open mind and good listening skills.
That's according to the chairman of the Independent Monitoring Board, which works to ensure fair treatment for those serving custodial sentences.
The panel is currently seeking new members, who will oversee the day-to-day life of those in jail.
