A former Royal Marine Commando is urging people on the Isle of Man to speak about their mental health more openly.
SAS Who Dares Wins presenter Jason Fox says opening up is the 'most empowering thing' individuals can do.
The former Special Forces Operator was one of the speakers at the annual Workplace Wellbeing Conference which was held in Santon yesterday (24 November):
This year's conference centred around mental resilience and equality and saw talks on the effect modern day technology is having as well as the importance of sleep on mental wellbeing.
