Minister: not everyone will like new plans
Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne says opposition to the redevelopment plans of Douglas promenade is inevitable.
Changes have been made to the blueprints after the DoI consulted a number of user groups who raised concerns.
Amendments include improved blind access, the positioning of the horse trams and enhanced public safety.
Mr Gawne says he's listened to the people - not everyone will agree:
