DOI planning to present business case for its future and reinstatement of horse tram lines to the Sea Terminal
It's hoped options for Tramway Terrace in Douglas will be made available in the next eight weeks.
The future of the registered building on the promenade has been the subject of debate in recent years.
A Heritage Impact Assessment is currently taking place to look at options and costs for the project.
But the Infrastructure Minister, Michelle Haywood, says once that's completed, they can put together a case for that and the extension of the tram lines to the Sea Terminal:
