Cannan believes it's time to 'push forward'
Politicians must publicly debate government's plan for the next five years before the Budget.
That's the view of the chief minister who will move 'Our Island Plan' - for a second time - at an extraordinary sitting of Tynwald on Tuesday.
Alfred Cannan has simplified the original motion with members now simply being asked to approve the document.
Earlier this month eight MHKs blocked debate on the plan – Mr Cannan says he's proactively sought to listen to their concerns but now is the time to 'push forward':
