A member of the Legislative Council will stand trial this summer.
Juan Turner, whose term in parliament ends today (Wednesday), will face charges along with his father David Turner and their companies, Island FM and Carrick Creative.
They deny breaching data protection laws between January 2016 and October last year.
After a pre-trial review at Douglas Courthouse, a trial date has been set for Thursday, August 2.
