As talks to form a Labour-Liberal Democrat coalition are stepped up, a retiring MP is reiterating the benefit to the Isle of Man of a stable government in the United Kingdom.
Andrew Mackinlay stood down before last week’s general election, but not before helping the campaign to save the Reciprocal Health Agreement.
