Will Blissett will travel to China next month
There's just a month left before a Laxey resident heads off to trek the Great Wall of China to raise funds for Alder Hey Children's Charity.
But before that journey begins, Will Blissett, will take on a 35km 'stroll' on Ramsey Promenade.
It's all to raise funds for the hospital that helped him in 2018 after a near-fatal collision at the age of 14.

So far Will has raised just over £8,000.
Speaking ahead of next weekend's event, he's told Manx Radio the figure signifies the distance he will cover in China adding the trek is his way of showing gratitude for everything they've done:
