Yellow and amber warnings into weekend
There are both yellow and amber weather warnings in place across the Island heading into the weekend.
They are for both coastal overtopping and inner harbour flooding.
Gale force gusts of up to 50mph are expected in places on Saturday into the evening, easing overnight.
Minor overtopping expected at high tide tomorrow morning, but what's described as 'significant overtopping' predicted later - with the inner harbour flooding possible in Douglas and Ramsey.
