Ramsey and Laxey routes closed amid amber warning
Laxey and Ramsey promenades have been closed this afternoon due to overtopping waves and debris.
An amber weather warning had been issued by the Ronaldsway Met Office between 10am and 2pm - around the period of high tide.
The Department of Infrastructure hasn't said when the roads will reopen.
Strong to gale force east to southeasterly winds, combined with a big tide, have led to disruption along the east coast.
