German owner auctions 2014 model online
A Peel P50 has been put up for sale by its German owner on eBay – for more than £85,000!
The listing on the American version of the auction website says it’s not an original built on the Isle of Man in the 1960s, but one of the newer versions built by Peel Engineering.
The car’s a 2014 model in blue, built to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the only production vehicle ever to be built on the Island.
The owner, from Ratingen, says it has its British registration papers, and will cost more than £1,000 to ship to the United States.
