ARA describes it as its flagship event of the year
Andreas Racing Association is planning a packed day of racing, and motorcycle-themed events, in what it describes as its biggest meeting of the year.
Jurby Day 2024 takes place this Sunday from 9am (25 August) with five races on the course at Jurby Airfield along with a series of modern and classic machine parades.
Local competitors, and stars of the TT and Manx Grand Prix, are currently scheduled to be in attendance.
Currently a Manx Grand Prix session is due to take place on the Snaefell Mountain Course on the same day as part of a revised MGP schedule over the coming days after recent weather disruption.
ARA Chairman Linda Alton-Heath says as it stands they will still be looking to hold their meeting as planned.
She, and Club Secretary Neal Champion, spoke to Manx Radio about why the event is a special one on their calendar:
