The Steam Packet says a report made by a Tynwald Select Committee looking into the running of the company shows fares remain very competitive.
The committee was set up in June last year to examine whether the current User Agreement was in the Isle of Man's best interests, and its report is due to be debated by Tynwald later this month.
A statement from the Steam Packet says it's 100 per cent compliant with the agreement, which has allowed it to invest with confidence.
It goes on to say the firm will work with the Department of Transport with regard to any recommendations in the report.
