Isle of Man Post chairman Pam Crowe is insisting the workforce HAS been consulted over plans to change the pension scheme for new employees.
Mrs Crowe has come out fighting after 200 Island postal workers signed a petition declaring a total lack of confidence in the board - and herself.
The petition claims industrial relations in the post office here are at an all time low.
And the Communication Workers Union accuses the board of refusing to engage in proper consultation about the pension changes.
