Conditions on the Isle of Man are right for changing the Island's response to Covid-19.
That's the view of the chief minister who says a decision to treat the virus as endemic, rather than pandemic, from 31 March has 'solid foundations'.
Enforced self-isolation and mandatory testing will be scrapped and the daily dashboard will be phased out.
However, Alfred Cannan says it isn't right to look towards the 'next chapter' without acknowledging the sacrifices people have made:
