People encouraged to get in touch before making decisions
The Manx Industrial Relations Service says the ongoing health crisis has posed new challenges in employee/employer relationships.
It's received a spike in calls from businesses and workers amid the pandemic, with queries over pay, holidays and redundancies.
Julie Bradley is the service's senior officer.
