Tynwald has received the annual report on the Manx government's 2007-2011 strategic plan, but not without some criticism from a member of the Legislative Council.
David Callister suggested the government was guilty of too much bureaucracy and paperwork, including the 150 page report itself, when the chief minister had said on Tuesday it was an area where the Island needed to cut down (first part of audio file):
