Penalties and fines can apply from Friday
Parking at Noble's Hospital will be actively policed from Friday.
All car parks, except at Hospice and Manannan Court, will be under the same controls as other off-street parking elsewhere on the Island.
It means only those with valid permits will be able to use disabled spaces.
Penalties, including fines, will be issued to those who breach the new regulations.
Vehicles will also have their tax discs checked and drivers will be penalised for parking in restricted areas.
