Central Douglas MHK Ann Corlett says the Manx Development Corporation's plan for the Westmoreland Road site has left her with two big concerns.
One of which is the parking provision in the area.

Mrs Corlett says, overall, the idea of re-developing that area of Douglas is a good one:
