Stephen Pitts is chairing a public meeting on the plans tonight
A Douglas Councillor says there won't be enough parking if the Westmoreland Road development goes ahead.
Stephen Pitts, says 'questions need to be answered' on parking permits and the play area isn't up to 'requirements' for the number of properties planned.
A public meeting is being held this evening at 7.30pm in Trinity Church to discuss the proposed development.
Councillor Pitts says the new development should have a bigger proportion of affordable accommodation.
