Could be most photographed eclipse in history
An eclipse of the sun takes place today (Monday).
From the Island it will only be a partial eclipse - though it will be total across a large stretch of the United States.
Astronomer Howard Parkin says if the weather is clear enough, it will be possible to see around 10 per cent of the sun's disc obscured, but stresses you must never stare straight at the sun without proper protection.
