Reconstruction work to commence at start of March
Parts of Malew Road will be closed to traffic at the beginning of next month.
The road will be closed between a place adjacent to Malew Church and a point by Ballaqueston Farm House from 6am on March 4 until 6pm on March 18 - or until the reconstruction/carriageway overlay work is completed, whichever is the earlier.
An alternative route will be via Bridge Road, Douglas Road and Alexandra Road and access to properties will be maintained.
The work is being carried out by the DOI.
