The first anniversary of the introduction of a contemporary form of worship in the Isle of Man will be celebrated this evening.
Broadway Baptist Church’s Com Café in Douglas has spent the past twelve months 'doing church differently', and will mark the occasion with a special party.
It will be held from 7pm and the programme will include live music and the baptism of church member Vicky Belfield.
Com Café is aimed specifically at people in the 18 to 35 age group.
Events in the past twelve months have included a questions and challenges forum with the Lord Bishop and an interview with former drug addict Steve Worrall, who spent 14 years in prison before becoming a Christian.
