Population Atlas author put forward by Chris Thomas
The man behind the publication The Manx Population Atlas has been nominated for a place in the Legislative Council.
Paul Craine stood for the House of Keys in 2016 but was unsuccessful.
But he says the five years since then have put him in a strong position to go for one of the two places currently vacant in LegCo:
Former MHK Bill Shimmins has also been nominated.
The election is due to be held on 23 November.
