MHK believes teachers will continue to go "above and beyond" for their pupils
A pay dispute between a teaching union and the Department of Education, Sport and Culture won't have an impact inside the classroom.
That's the belief of one of the political members of the department following a ballot result by the National Union of Head Teachers, which shows its Manx members are prepared to strike over the current situation.
An independent arbitrator has been asked to look into the matter.
