
Manx Radio's engineering staff came under attack in Tynwald, from Onchan MHK Peter Karran.
During question time, he repeatedly urged Home Affairs Minister Adrian Earnshaw to 'come clean' and admit the station was getting a hidden subsidy, or subsidies, not publicly disclosed, in return for engineering work carried out by its staff.
Mr Earnshaw explained that money was paid to Manx Radio, but not in the form of subsidy:
