Former MHK queries usability of resource
A former MHK says there will be gas in Manx waters - but whether or not it can be used is a different question.
Ralph Peake is hoping his new Energy and Sustainability Centre will help the Island move more quickly to a zero carbon future.
He believes there's enough energy to be harnessed from wind and solar power to keep the Island running.
Mr Peake's comments come as Crogga waits to see if it's been successful in obtaining an extension to its licence which would allow a seismic survey to be carried out:
