Police haven't yet named a man whose body was found in Peel on Christmas Eve.
The coroner of inquests has been informed and officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances in which he passed away.
The discovery was made in the area of the yacht club, at the southern end of the promenade, at around 4.45pm.
The area was cordoned off while officers conducted enquiries.
Later that evening it was confirmed the death was not being treated as suspicious, and no one else was being sought in relation to the matter.
It's understood police have been contacting relatives of the man, who live off the Island.
