The event will see a two-day festival in celebration of its 70th anniversary
Peel Carnival is set to return this weekend as part of a two day festival - celebrating it's 70th anniversary.
Island based bands and those from across will be attending to perform during the event, alongside creative drawing spaces, a magic show and an animal themed costume competition for the children.
The carnival frequently sees thousands of visitors flock to see the festivities and boost the towns local economy.
Manx Radio's Christian Jones headed down to Peel to speak with the Chair of the carnival, Ian Baker:
