Western town again welcomes Island's longest-running carnival
The Island's longest-running carnival takes place in Peel today (2 August).
It's a free event for families featuring several elements including a grand parade, live music and a sandcastle competition.
East Quay and Peel Promenade will be closed to traffic from 10am until 6pm.
