Fisherman badly injures hand
Peel lifeboat had to help a 21 year-old fisherman from Northern Ireland in the early hours of this morning.
He sustained a gash to his hand while working on the Nicola Joanne kilkeel boat off the Island’s west coast.
The Ruby Clery vessel and crew went to his aid at around 4.20am.
The man was brought ashore and then taken to Noble's Hospital by ambulance.
